Portobello Market

Wow what a blooming hot day it was on Sunday 9th August and after my Hoxton Radio show I headed west to Notting hill to meet up with a close friend for a spot of Late Lunch to Lap up the Sun Shine.

The Lunch Attire was mainly white with a few pink touches.
The white dress is from Primark… Could you believe it? It’s a super light material, great for hot weathers as it reflects the sunlight and with the floaty panels it reduces the sweatiness.
I love white, although my Mamma did crown me the dirtiest child out of the three sisters so I’m taking extra care not to spill anything on me?! Panic Ahoy!
The shoes on my feet introduce a tad of pink to the outfit, the flatforms make walking easy. With this type of dress the shoes need to have added heel otherwise the dress will wear you not the other way round.
Pink shoes matching the pink/peach Handbag, bought from a designer shop on Brick Lane check out the Laiden Showrooms, they have tons of independent designers under one roof.
Accessories are minimal gold, simple bracelet from H&M Triangle Ring from Topshop.
Hair was fluffed and Armani Shades were worn.
Paul and I met at Notting Hill Gate and walked towards Portobello Market.
Before we hit the market we stopped off at a Small Italian Wine bar on the corner or Portobello Road called Negozio Classica, here we sipped Champagne and ate Bruschetta, a little on the pricey side but the quality of the food was fabulous.

We strolled through the market gazing upon the stalls, it’s such a beautiful street, not to crowed with many pubs, wine bars and restaurants along it.

We walk to the end of the market where we found an remarkable sun spot, this is where we sipped on Aperol spritz  whilst lapping up a few rays thinking how simple happiness is.
After feeling light headed and a little tiddled we left to find some food. We stumbled upon this unique Italian Restaurant called the Organic Kitchen.
We had the most delicious starter of Aubergine and Parmesan Cheese and      Calamari followed by a very seafood packed linguini. Finishing off with an extremely creaming Tiramisu.

I’ve been living in london for 2 years and this is one of my favourite spots to visit on a sunny day.
