Apart from having a very Halloween themed show I also had London Based Singer “Ella on the Run” to join me at Hoxton Radio. We spoke about her music, her last EP War or Words as well as promoting her new single “Calvary” which will be released on Friday.
Ella On the Run has an infection happy personality which compliments her psychedelic pop genre. Her single “Calvary” has more of a pop theme compared to her last EP and you can also notice the distinctive Scandinavian vibes throughout.
Writing her songs she gets inspiration from heart break and recent relationships, a position that many girls can understand making her music relatable.
Ella On the Run has caused a lot of hype In the press, Huffington post and Candid Magazine all saying great things.
Ella’s music has also been on BBC introducing and this week she will be featured on BBC Radio 1 introducing so it appears this is a very exciting time for her.

Its time for a Hoxton Radio Fashion injection and today could quite possibly be one of the nicest, driest days in london… It’s fur season but it was far to hot to rock the faux fur… But I did it anyways but only because I had my belly on show, I know pretty strange for the Fall.
The crop top with sleeves is from RiverIsland past season, I’m loving the material on this as it’s super stretchy showing off the outline of the body.
The skirt was also another number from RiverIsland past season, I think it’s acceptable to start wearing Velvet type materials, so I’m slowly introducing them to my wardrobe.
Main Feature was this bad ass coat from Primark… I know Primark, it was such a bargain and it looks totally luxury. The Fur is fluffy and a lot of it. Another great thing about this coat from Primark is that they have many styles in their shops, different colours patterns meaning you won’t say snap with the person wearing the same down the street.
Don’t forget listen to me live every Tuesday and Sunday on Hoxton Radio.
Here is the show from this Tuesday…
